Subject: Discussions Almost Ready

I've implemented a basic discussion system, and you will soon be able to reply to articles. Only registered users can post replies, but I don't have a means of registering, so it will be a little while longer before anyone other than myself can post. I anticipate either tonight or tomorrow before it will be ready for general use.
